Otters are very cute animals. They are playful and attractive. However most otters of the world (13 species) are somehow severely threatened by pollution and destruction of their habitat. We citizens of the world need to protect these wonderful animals. Therefore I ask you to become an International Friend of the Otter. With your donation we can set up more and more otter projects all around the world. We will do so in collaboration with the members of the IUCN Otter Specialist Group, who are working all over the world.
